Our hand raised pork pie selection. Traditionally made using hot water pastry,
with our rustic pork mix, herbs and spices.
Traditional Pork Pie
Diced shoulder of pork combined with pork sausage meat enhanced with cinnamon, nutmeg, five spice, fresh sage and white pepper.
Chicken & Ham Pork Pie
Our traditional pork pie, studded with sliced ham and chicken.
Gala Pork Pie
With a row of hard boiled eggs running through the pie, so you get a piece in each slice.
Savoury Tarts (300g)
Our savoury tarts come in three different fillings:
Roast Vegetable Tart (Vegan)
A mix of roasted cauliflower, sweet potato, peppers & courgette in a rich tomato sauce, backed in a vegan pastry case.
Goats Cheese & Onion Marmalade Tart
Tangy goats cheese mixed together with rich red onion marmalade compote, in a rich shortcrust pastry.
Cheese, Leek & Potato Tart
Small diced potatoes and sliced leeks, bound together with our very own cheddar and stilton sauce, in a rich shortcrust pastry.
